Good heavens. This has been listed as an “exercise-and-healthy-eating” blog.
I stare at my breakfast–a toasted tortilla smeared with jam–and feel guilty and ashamed. It’s not even a whole wheat tortilla. Where’s the carrot juice and yogurt? And where’s the exercise?? I rolled out of bed at 10am, in sync with all the Seattle early risers, and haven’t done anything more strenuous than turn on the computer.
I am unworthy!
In panic, I go out for a run, and resolve to bike to the store later to pick up carrots. Which means that my non-exercise-and-eating-healthy-blog has become a motivation for me to exercise and eat more healthfully. Which may motivate others to do the same.
Perhaps this is all a crafty psychological game of some sort.
